Eric has been involved in the business side of web technologies and ecommerce for more than 20 years. His background includes sprinting through the dot com explosion of late 1990s, designing and developing web applications for data analysis/reports, and building a multi-channel consumer goods ecommerce company that he sold. His specialty is understanding business needs and numbers, planning and prioritizing strategies, and executing with attention to detail.

Since 2015, Eric has focused on helping brands improve DTC online sales performance. Eric’s ’been there’ professional experience plus Amazon skillset is a rare combination not often found in other agencies.

Freddie has thrived for two decades in digital marketing. In the early 2000s, he founded a web agency that grew to a 12-person firm with specialties in SEO, paid search, and marketing automation; with client budgets that reached into 7-digits. In 2016, he shifted his entire focus to Amazon marketing tactics for established and emerging brands needing expert guidance on improving sales to their end customers.

Freddie meets with businesses to dissect their pain points and goals with regard to Amazon revenues. He puts together a win-win, bespoke engagement agreement so that Toucan Advisors addresses how our expert guidance and work can best serve each client’s needs.
