Toucan Advisors is set up to be a professional vendor option for outsourcing your Amazon channel growth strategies. We partner with consumer goods manufacturers and growing brands that want an all-in-one solution for driving sales through SellerCentral or VendorCentral.
SIMPLE RETAINER + GROWTH INCENTIVE AVOIDS A NICKEL-AND-DIME APPROACH
We have a flat-fee structure plus compensation tied to sales growth. This is unlike many other consulting agencies that may charge separately per listing optimization, add on a fee for managing Sponsored Ads, charge extra for Enhanced Brand Content or A+ Content, or require additional payment for competitive analysis.

Affordable monthly retainer plus growth-based incentives creates a low-risk entry and an aligned goal to increase your sales. Never a long-term contract.
TYPICAL PRICING ARRANGEMENT
Every business is different in complexity of products or competitive landscape. Also, margins can vary widely between companies. The numbers in our agreement would be determined by how much work goes into the short and longer term scope; plus any nuances of a prospective client’s business.
Because every business has different needs, we discuss specific payment terms with each prospective client for a win-win relationship.
Your Toucan Advisor’s agreement would usually include the following:
- All services on our Amazon Services page are included in a monthly flat retainer fee.
- Month-to-month terms. We recommend (but don’t require) a minimum engagement of 4 months, which is about when most of our clients begin seeing steeper sales increases coming out of our work. To be clear, you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. Even with our monthly terms, most clients are still with us a year later!
- Customized monthly reporting on sales, traffic, conversion rate, advertising, and top selling products.
- Phone calls / meetings as needed.
- Working directly with Toucan Advisors’ founding partners to guide strategy and execution on your Amazon account. Toucan Advisors will also assign additional resources as needed for effective completion of work scope.
- Affordable monthly retainer is typically less than a full-time employee. Amount is decided upfront, with a higher amount for a more extensive scope or challenging position of client on Amazon and lower amount for more straight-forward product offering and start-ups. And unlike an employee, because we have month-to-month terms, it’s easy to terminate the relationship if you’re not happy with our performance!
- Performance compensation is a small percent of the growth we help you achieve above sales baseline. If we cannot grow your sales, you don’t pay for any Performance Compensation, so we have an aligned incentive to help grow your business.
